• Glenn Turner — Activist and former small business owner in Berkeley, California

  Glenn Turner is an activist and a former small business owner who operated a retail shop in Oakland for 32 years before selling it to her employees upon retirement. She has extensive experience in grassroots activism with organizations such as the Climate Emergency Mobilization Task Force, the Public Bank of the East Bay, Family Advocates for the Seriously Mentally Ill, and Berkeley Copwatch. Her experience as a business owner provided her with skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax calculation.

• Tony Vazquez — Member of the California State Board of Equalization, District 3 in Santa Monica, California

  Tony Vazquez is a member of the California State Board of Equalization, representing District 3 since January 2019. He is a former educator who graduated from the University of Southern California. His political career includes serving on the Santa Monica City Council from 1990-1994 and again from 2012-2019. He also served as the Mayor of Santa Monica from 2015 to 2016. Vazquez stepped down from his city council position to serve on the Board of Equalization.
