Jesse Gabriel is an American lawyer and politician representing California's 46th State Assembly district. He currently serves as the Chair of the Assembly Budget Committee. Before his election, Gabriel worked as a constitutional rights and general litigation attorney. He was part of a legal team that successfully sued the Trump Administration to protect DACA recipients and also represented Holocaust survivors and victims of domestic abuse. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and three sons.

He attended St. Mel Elementary School, Crespi Carmelite High School, and earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. He completed his postgraduate chiropractic education at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. For over 20 years, he has worked as a chiropractor.
