  Charles Paul Efstration III, born April 24, 1983, is a Republican serving in the Georgia House of Representatives for the 104th District since 2013. He was elected Majority Leader in 2022, assuming office on January 9, 2023. Prior to his legislative career, Efstration worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Gwinnett County and later as an attorney at his own firm. He holds a BA from the University of Georgia and a JD from Mercer University. He is married with two children.
