  Kenan Judge is an incumbent Democratic State Representative for Iowa's District 27, having first assumed office in 2019. Born in Ottumwa and raised in Georgetown, Iowa, he graduated from Albia High School. Prior to his legislative service, Judge dedicated 38 years to Hy-Vee, where he advanced to Group Vice President of Meat, Seafood and Deli. He is married to Kathi Judge, and together they have four children. Judge holds significant roles on several committees, including Commerce (as Ranking Member), Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Ways and Means. He is currently seeking re-election in the 2026 Democratic primary.
