  Sam Wooden is an Iowa personal injury attorney who joined RSH Legal in 2023, heading their Dubuque office. He represents injured Iowans in various personal injury matters. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving as President of the First Judicial Bar Association and Vice-President of the Dubuque County Bar Association for the 2025-26 year. He has also been on the Iowa Association for Justice’s Board of Governors since 2018 and is a featured speaker for the Iowa State Bar Association.
