• Leo Delperdang — Incumbent Kansas State Representative in Wichita, KS

  Leo Delperdang, born in Sioux City, Iowa, in 1962, was raised in a single-parent home. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Business, and a Master's from Newman University. His career spanned 25 years with AT&T and Bell Laboratories in electronic communications, and 7 years as a Director at Koch Industries, retiring in 2012. A Republican, Delperdang moved to Wichita in 1989 with his wife, Connie, and resides in the 94th Kansas House District. Elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 2016, he currently serves on several House committees including Utilities & Telecom, Corrections & Juvenile, Transportation & Safety Budgets, and Military & Veteran Affairs. He is an 8-year member of the Kansas Patriot Guard.
