Prior to her appointment, Arvin-Greer worked as a practicing attorney, mediator, and an adjunct professor of law at Stevenson University. She has also served her community as a commissioner on both the Baltimore County Human Relations Commission and the Commission for Women. She earned her B.A. in 2008 and her J.D. in 2014 from the University of Baltimore. She is a proud member of the Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans' Court.

His legal expertise encompasses estate planning, drafting wills, managing complex probate processes, elder law, and eminent domain. Throughout his extensive career, Bailey has served the public in various local capacities, including as Board Counsel for the Baltimore County Board of Elections and as Principal Counsel for the Baltimore City Department of Law. He is a proud Fellow of the Baltimore Bar Foundation.

Juliet Fisher serves as a Democratic Judge of the Orphans' Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. First appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley in April 2014, she successfully won election later that year to retain her seat for a full term. Prior to her judicial appointment, Fisher worked as a civil mediator in the circuit courts and as a mediation coordinator for the Orphans' Court between 2006 and 2014.
