Megan LeRoux is a Democratic candidate running for Frederick County Clerk of the Circuit Court in Maryland. An experienced public servant, she currently works in the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and has previously served as a District Court Commissioner. Throughout her career, LeRoux has also worked as a legal advocate for victims of domestic violence. Dedicated to local organizing, she is a member of the Frederick County Democratic Central Committee. Having campaigned for the Clerk's office in 2018 and 2022, she remains strongly committed to local public service and her community. LeRoux is the proud mother of three sons, all of whom graduated from Frederick High School.

Sandra K. Dalton is the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Frederick County, Maryland, a position she has held since being elected in 1998. As a member of the Republican Party, Dalton has amassed extensive experience in the court system, previously serving as a jury manager and a court reporter. She has received specialized training in court management from both Michigan State University and the Institute for Court Management. Dalton has also taken on leadership responsibilities within professional organizations, including the Maryland Circuit Court Clerks' Association and the Conference of Circuit Court Clerks. Outside of her judicial duties, she is a retired real estate agent and remains active in several local civic groups.
