  Regina T. Boyce is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 43A in Baltimore City. She was successfully elected to the position in 2018 and formally assumed office on January 9, 2019. Within the House of Delegates, she has contributed to legislative work as a member of the Environment and Transportation Committee. Her professional background prior to her election is rooted in community engagement and public service. Boyce served as the director of Strong City Baltimore's Adult Learning Center and previously worked as a community liaison for the Baltimore City Council President's Office. Embry was also a candidate for Mayor of Baltimore in 2016 and for Lieutenant Governor of Maryland in 2018. In the House of Delegates, she serves on the Judiciary Committee.
