  Nick Charles is a Democratic lawmaker representing Maryland's Legislative District 25 in the State Senate. Appointed in December 2023, he previously served the same district in the Maryland House of Delegates from January 2019. Born in Washington, D.C., on December 16, 1982, Charles is a graduate of Largo High School. Before entering politics, he built a diverse career founded on military service and private sector work.
