- Jeannine Kiely — Democratic District Leader in New York, New York
Jeannine Kiely has been a resident of Assembly District 66 for 30 years. She has served as a Democratic district leader since 2019 and is the former chair of Community Board 2. Kiely is also the co-founder of the education nonprofit Literacy Academy Collective and co-founded Friends of Elizabeth Street Garden. She was endorsed by the retiring incumbent, Deborah Glick.
- Ben Yee — Democratic State Committee Member in New York, NY
Ben Yee is a civic technologist, community organizer, and a lifelong resident of lower Manhattan. For the past eight years, he has represented the 66th Assembly District on the Democratic State Committee. He has a background in technology and politics, having worked as the NY State Digital Director for Barack Obama's 2008 campaign and for the NY State Senate's CIO's office. In 2017, he founded a nonprofit focused on political training. As one of the most well-known and active members, Ben has been able to pass more reforms in the State Committee than any member in over a decade. His wins include requiring the attendance of Committee members to be made public, publication of all passed proposals on the Democratic Party website, having the Party call on legislators to bar law-enforcement from working with ICE, and having the Democratic Party support age-appropriate consent education in public schools.

David Siffert is a civil rights lawyer and a law professor at NYU. He is the founding head of NYU's State Government Initiative, which assists in writing and passing legislation. Siffert has worked as a litigator in private practice and as a tax lawyer. He lives in the East Village.

Ryder Kessler was born and raised in downtown Manhattan. He attended Harvard University for his undergraduate studies. He is the co-executive director of Abundance New York, an organization that advocates for more housing and improved public transit. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of DipJar, a social impact technology company. He has also worked on various Democratic political campaigns, focusing on voter protection. Kessler previously ran for this seat in 2022.

Furhan Ahmad is a retired FDNY firefighter who has also served as an EMT and an NYPD police officer. He was born and raised in Queens. His public service career spans over two decades.
