  Reid Brady is an incumbent North Dakota District Court Judge for the East Central Judicial District, Judgeship #5, based in Fargo. Born in 1973 in Fargo, he holds degrees from North Dakota State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 1999, his career includes serving as a law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court, an Assistant North Dakota Attorney General, and an Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney, where he led the personal crimes team until his election to the bench in 2020. He is seeking re-election in the 2026 North Dakota Primary Election to continue his judicial service.
