  Anastassiya Andrianova, also known as Stass, is a Democratic Party candidate for the North Dakota House of Representatives, District 11, running in the primary election on June 9, 2026. She is a professor of English at North Dakota State University in Fargo. A native of Kyiv, Ukraine, Andrianova holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from the City University of New York. Her extensive academic background includes research in children’s literature, environmental humanities, animal studies, and disability studies. She has also co-organized conferences and given talks at esteemed universities. As a candidate for State Representative, she seeks to contribute to public policy, state spending, and taxation decisions.

• Liz Conmy — Incumbent State Representative in Fargo, ND

  Liz Conmy was a Democratic-NPL politician who represented North Dakota's 11th district in the State House of Representatives. Born in Langdon, North Dakota, in 1958, she held degrees from North Dakota State University and the University of St. Thomas. She served in the House from December 2022 until her untimely death in April 2026. Known for her ability to build consensus across the political spectrum and her dedication to public service, Conmy was seeking re-election for the North Dakota House of Representatives in the 2026 primary election.
