- Diana H. Perez — Incumbent City Council Member, Position 3 in Vancouver, Washington
Diana H. Perez was elected to the Vancouver City Council in November 2021. She has lived in Vancouver for over 23 years and has a 30-year career with the USDA, where she has served in various roles including biologist and forest fisheries program manager. Perez is a first-generation graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Science from Oregon State University. Her community involvement includes founding a local council of the League of United Latin American Citizens and serving on boards such as the Elder Justice Center and Clark County Community Action Advisory Board.
- David Stuebe — Incumbent Mayor of Washougal, Member of the Washington House of Representatives in Washougal, Washington
David Stuebe is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel with 30 years of service. He has also worked in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for over two decades in leadership and management roles. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Redlands. Stuebe was appointed to the Washougal City Council in March 2021, elected to the position and named mayor pro tem in November 2021, and subsequently appointed Mayor in September 2022. He has lived in Washougal since 2007. In November 2024, he was elected to the Washington House of Representatives for the 17th district, an office he assumed in January 2025.
