Hannah Masoner Sinclair

Current Village of Grayson Alderman and Mayoral CandidateNo Party (Louisiana ballot designation)

Grayson, Louisiana

Hey there! I am Hannah Masoner Sinclair. For the last 5 consecutive years, I have served as a Village of Grayson Alderman and I am now announcing my candidacy for Mayor.

I want to see change for our community and a real chance for growth, and progress. I want to bring The Village of Grayson into 2027 by making information more accessible to the people. Communication costs nothing and by keeping people informed, voices can be heard and changes can be made. I want a stronger, more united, community for our Village.

My husband, Dustin, and I are raising our family of 5 boys here and I want to make our Village safer and stronger for them, and all the people that reside here. I have always trusted that the Lord has a plan for me, but during my time in Social Services, I have realized that His plan for me has always been the advocacy of others.

Please consider voting for me, #83, in the upcoming election and know that I am for the people.

Where does Hannah Masoner Sinclair stand on the issues?

Hannah Masoner Sinclair has a recorded position on four issues. Each is Hannah Masoner Sinclair's own wording, written on their Civoren profile.

  • Government Transparency & Accountability

    Supports

I want the people to know about issues, ordinances, municipal employee pay rates, all municipal departments, etc. I want the people to easily be able to access this information and not be forced to jump through hoops to get information that should be common knowledge. NO MORE SECRECY!!!!! Relationships are built on trust and respect AND NEITHER of those 2 things involve secrecy!

  • Infrastructure

    Supports

The Village of Grayson's people have a right to know what ordinances are currently in place and they have the right to speak out on potential changes to those ordinances. There is a right way or doing things and a wrong way. The people need to know and be able to trust that their chosen representative, as mayor, is abiding by the laws and following proper processes. I want to revisit some of the ordinances because telling others what they can and cannot do with their property is a violation of their rights!

  • Law Enforcement & First Responders

    Supports

I want to assist in the betterment of our police department and the fire department. I will help educate the village's people on the importance of these departments and how they are directly affected by these departments, aside from the obvious, and also when these departments are unsupported. We all must work together to build a better future.

  • Local Governance & Public Service

    Supports

Our Village was officially founded in 1912. Many things have changes since then, some for the better, some not so much, either way it is the year 2026 and soon to be 2027. I want our village to be current with today's world to a degree. The exchange of information can be greatly expanded so that it is easily accessed by our residents. I want open lines of communication to be established so that residents can ask questions, receive information, and have a voice.
