Mark S. Lynch is a Republican candidate for Register of Wills in Calvert County, Maryland. An attorney with over four decades of legal experience, he is the principal managing attorney at Lynch Law Group, LLC in Dunkirk. His legal practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, real estate law, and title insurance. Previously, Lynch served as Senior Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company and as president of the Maryland Land Title Association. He holds a Master of Laws in Federal Income Taxation. Having run for Register of Wills in 2018 and 2022, Lynch currently resides in Owings, Maryland.
