About
Carlton Boleyjack is a servant leader at heart and a proud Nashville native. He attended West Meade Elementary School, Meigs Magnet Middle School, and graduated from Hume-Fogg Academic High School. He earned a degree in chemistry with a concentration in education from Tennessee State University and completed a master's degree in business management from Trevecca University in 2023; he also completed Leadership Essentials at Belmont University. In 2016 he founded Excellence in Motion Inc., an organization dedicated to helping youth achieve personal and professional excellence through arts and science education, offering summer STEM career exploration and job training. His professional background spans classroom teaching, math coaching, after-school program direction, daycare ownership, and civil service; as an Assistant Treatment Plant Manager for the City of Nashville he helped manage the city's water and sewage systems and holds grade 4 Tennessee licenses in water and wastewater treatment.
