A.J. “Chip” Bogosian

A.J. “Chip” Bogosian has served as a Commissioner for Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 2 since November 2007. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arizona in 1973 and completed his surgery internship in Tucson, his surgery residency at the University of Washington, and his anesthesia residency at Harvard University. Dr. Bogosian retired in 2005 after a career as a Staff Anesthesiologist at Swedish Hospital Medical Center, where he also served as Chief of Anesthesia and Chief of Cardiac Anesthesia. He is a former Associate Clinical Professor of Anesthesia at the University of Washington and serves as a Senior Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.
