Last updated: June 12, 2026

Welcome to Civoren. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Civoren’s website, platform, candidate pages, election information, campaign tools, and related services.

By accessing or using Civoren, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Civoren.

About Civoren

Civoren provides election-related information, candidate discovery tools, campaign pages, and software tools for voters, candidates, campaigns, and the broader election ecosystem.

Civoren is not a government agency, election authority, political party, or official source of election administration. We are an independent platform that helps organize, publish, and make election information easier to find and use.

Election Information

Civoren collects, structures, and publishes election-related information from public sources, candidate submissions, campaign websites, government records, user submissions, and other available materials.

We work to provide accurate and useful information, but election information can change quickly. We do not guarantee that any information on Civoren is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Users should verify official election information, including filing deadlines, ballot status, polling locations, voter registration rules, and election dates, with the relevant election authority.

Candidate Pages and Campaign Accounts

Civoren may create public candidate, race, office, district, or election pages before a candidate, campaign, or organization claims or manages that page.

Candidates and authorized campaign representatives may claim pages, update information, add campaign materials, and use Civoren’s tools to build visibility, collect support, and manage campaign activity.

By claiming or managing a page, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the candidate, campaign, committee, organization, or entity associated with that page.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any information you submit, publish, or manage on Civoren.

Political Neutrality

Civoren is a platform for election discovery and campaign tools. Civoren does not endorse, oppose, support, or rate any candidate, campaign, political party, committee, ballot measure, or political cause unless explicitly stated in a separate written statement by Civoren.

The appearance of a candidate, campaign, office, race, party, or organization on Civoren does not imply endorsement by Civoren.

User Content

You may submit content to Civoren, including candidate biographies, campaign priorities, photos, videos, endorsements, events, links, donation information, volunteer information, and other campaign materials.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Civoren a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, format, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and providing Civoren.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

Civoren may remove, edit, restrict, or decline to publish content at any time.

Campaign Finance and Legal Compliance

Candidates, campaigns, committees, organizations, vendors, and users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including campaign finance laws, election laws, disclosure rules, contribution limits, recordkeeping requirements, disclaimer requirements, and reporting obligations.

Civoren does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or campaign finance advice. Any tools, templates, information, or platform features are provided for convenience only.

Donations, Payments, and Third-Party Services

Civoren may provide links or integrations for donations, payments, volunteer forms, email tools, analytics, mapping tools, or other third-party services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Civoren is not responsible for third-party platforms, payment processors, donation processors, bank services, compliance tools, or external websites.

Paid Civoren subscriptions, if offered, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify Civoren promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Civoren may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or misuse Civoren’s services.
