Aaron K. Wright is a Republican candidate for Cecil County Council in District 2. A Philadelphia native who moved to Cecil County in 2015, he is a husband, father, and a person in long-term recovery who has become a prominent advocate for the recovery community. Wright is a Program Manager for Voices of Hope, a nonprofit that supports individuals and families impacted by addiction. He also serves on the Board of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce and has chaired the Cecil County Behavioral Health Advisory Council. His campaign platform is focused on public safety, strengthening schools, and responsible economic growth.
