Abigail Salisbury is an American politician and lawyer serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 34th district. Elected in a 2023 special election, she previously served on the Swissvale Borough Council from 2018 to 2022, including two years as council president. An attorney by trade, Salisbury has operated a low-cost law firm for nonprofits and small businesses and taught First Amendment law at the University of Pittsburgh.
