Adam J. Scanlon is the Massachusetts State Representative for the 14th Bristol District (North Attleboro, Attleboro, and Mansfield), serving since January 2021. He entered public service at 17 by advocating to restore cut funding to North Attleboro Public Schools; he was elected to the North Attleboro School Committee in 2017 and to the inaugural North Attleboro Town Council in 2019. His priorities include strengthening public education and vocational opportunities, supporting the local economy, protecting individual rights, and assisting seniors and working families. A North Attleboro High School graduate, he earned a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University and a master's in public administration from Northeastern University, and is continuing his education at the Massachusetts School of Law.
