Adib Altallal is a civil and environmental engineer who works for a neighboring city's water and sewer utility. He is a member and union steward of Teamsters Local 763. He earned a bachelor's degree from Washington State University in 2015 and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration. He serves on state and national committees through the American Public Works Association and American Water Works Association.
