Adrianna Merrick serves as a Trustee and Mayor Pro Tem for the Town of Mesilla. She has been in the hospitality business for six years, running the Don Felix Cafe, which was built by her grandfather. She moved to Mesilla permanently in 2010 and is dedicated to preserving the town's heritage while supporting sustainable growth. She is also a member of the Mesilla Valley MPO Governing Board.
