Adrianne M. Mathis

Adrianne M. Mathis is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 29B. A lifelong resident of St. Mary's County, she was born on the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Mathis is a retired educator with a 30-year career serving St. Mary's County Public Schools and is a mother of three. As a dedicated community advocate, she graduated from the Emerge Maryland program, which trains Democratic women to seek public office. Her campaign platform is focused on key local issues, including strengthening schools, expanding economic opportunities, improving access to healthcare and affordable housing, investing in community infrastructure, and protecting the environment.
