CivorenAftyn Behn, born November 24, 1989, is a Democratic politician representing District 51 in the Tennessee House of Representatives since 2023. An alumna of the University of Texas at Austin, her career spans social services, community advocacy, healthcare organizing for the Tennessee Justice Center, and campaign direction for RuralOrganizing.org. Behn is currently seeking re-election to the Tennessee House in the 2026 Democratic primary. She previously ran for the U.S. House for Tennessee's 7th Congressional District in a 2025 special election, drawing national attention despite her defeat, and has stated she will not seek U.S. Congress again.
