Alan Skorski is a lifelong resident of West Hempstead and a graduate of West Hempstead High School. He is a retired educator with 34 years of experience as a teacher and coach in the district. He holds degrees from Adelphi University and LIU Post. Skorski previously served on the Board of Education for 12 years, including terms as president and vice president.
