Alan Washington

Alan Washington is running for Oklahoma House District 99 in 2026, aiming to bring positive change and build a stronger, more equitable community. The son of prominent Oklahoma City educators, he graduated from Millwood High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Langston University, where he was highly involved in student life and co-founded the Metamorphosis Fashion Club. A lifelong member of the historic Fifth Street Missionary Baptist Church, he has served in numerous capacities. Washington’s platform prioritizes quality education, accessible healthcare, support for seniors, and economic opportunities for working families and small businesses, advocating for strong neighborhood schools, mental health resources, and community policing. His vision is rooted in service, accountability, and ensuring every voice is heard.
