Aleksandra Kachakov

Aleksandra Kachakov was appointed as a Woodinville Water District Commissioner in April 2021. She has been a customer of the district since 2011. Previously, she worked for the Bellevue Water Utilities Department for nearly seven years as a Corporate Strategies and Business Services Manager, where she established a Program Management Office. Her experience also includes over nine years in management consulting across various industries. Kachakov holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a second master's degree in social studies. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
