Alexander Harlan

Alexander Harlan is the Republican candidate running for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 42A. A graduate of Dulaney High School, Harlan pursued higher education, earning a Master's degree in Counterterrorism and Homeland Security. He is a public servant with a commitment to community safety, currently working as a firefighter in Jacksonville. His experience in state government includes four years of service as a staffer for State Senator Chris West, providing him with insight into the legislative process. Harlan’s campaign is built on a platform focused on lowering taxes for residents, strengthening public safety, and protecting North Baltimore County.
