He was previously a Deputy Public Defender at the Riverside County Public Defender's Office from 2007 to 2008 and an associate at Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue LLP from 2006 to 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego.
