Alicia Rule

Alicia Jayne Rule, born in Bellingham, Washington in 1976, is a Democratic politician currently serving as an incumbent member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 42nd legislative district, Position 1. She first assumed office on January 11, 2021, after being elected in 2020, and was re-elected in 2022. Prior to her state legislative career, Rule gained experience on the Blaine City Council. In her current role, she is involved in various committees, holding a Vice Chair position in the House of Representatives. She is a candidate for re-election to the Washington House of Representatives - District 42, Position 1 in the 2026 Primary Election.
