Allen McLamb is a lifelong resident of Sampson County with deep roots in the community's agricultural sector. He was raised on a dairy and tobacco farm and later attended Sampson Community College. For over four decades, he has been involved in the agriculture business, now owning McLamb Farm Services, which serves the northern part of the county. His father was the late James Curtis McLamb, a farmer and co-owner of Corner Cotton Gin. He was elected to the Sampson County Board of Commissioners to represent District 1 and currently serves as the board's Chairman.
