Alycia Gruenhagen is a conservative entrepreneur from rural Minnesota. Born and raised in Glencoe, Minnesota, she comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and in 2002 interned in a Congressional office in Washington, D.C. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul in 2003. In 2018–2019 she organized and launched Greener Pastures Natural Food Co-op in McLeod County, a community-owned natural foods cooperative that closed in 2023. She ran for U.S. Senate in 2024 and lost the Republican primary. In 2026 she is running for U.S. Senate as a Republican write-in candidate on a platform of uniting, restoring, and renewing Minnesota and America.
