Alyssa Levine

Alyssa Levine is the incumbent judge for North Carolina's District Court 26, Seat 14, having assumed office in January 2023. She is a native of Charlotte and a third-generation attorney in Mecklenburg County. Levine earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a graduate certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Before becoming a judge, she managed a private law practice with a focus on family law and worked as an associate attorney at Arnold & Smith, PLLC. She is also a trained collaborative attorney and a Family Financial Mediator. Levine has held leadership positions in various legal organizations, including Past President of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys and the Charlotte Women's Bar.
