Amelia Gallitano

Dr. Amelia Gallitano is a dedicated mother, doctor, scientist, professor, and neuroscientist running for the Arizona State Senate in District 2. She helped launch the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and spent nine years treating veterans with PTSD at the Phoenix VA Medical Center, also researching mental illnesses. Gallitano is committed to advancing practical, evidence-based solutions to address rising costs in healthcare, utilities, and housing, and to protect Arizona's water security. Her campaign focuses on affordability, public education, healthcare, water, and public safety, aiming to bring integrity and accountability back to the State Senate.
