Amos O'Neal is an incumbent Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 94. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, he earned a business administration degree from Northwood University. Prior to his election to the state House, O'Neal served on the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners, the Saginaw City Council, and the Saginaw Board of Education. He has also served as chair of the Michigan Legislative Black Caucus.
