Andrea Fletcher Harrison

Andrea Fletcher Harrison, a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, has represented District 24 in Prince George's County since assuming office on January 9, 2019. Her legislative career was preceded by a decade of service on the Prince George's County Council, where she represented District 5 from May 2008 until December 2018. A native of Washington, D.C., Harrison's educational background includes an associate's degree from Prince George's Community College and a bachelor's degree in public policy from Bowie State University. Professionally, she worked as a network administrator. In the House of Delegates, her committee assignments have included the Appropriations Committee and the Economic Matters Committee.
