Andrea Jester

Andrea is a Republican candidate for Douglas County Court Clerk. She has proudly called Douglas County home for over 26 years. Raised in Waterville alongside four siblings, she grew up surrounded by agriculture, hard work, and a close-knit community that helped shape her values.

Today, Andrea is a mother of three young children and understands firsthand the importance of stability, efficiency, and strong community support systems. From a young age, she knew she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

That purpose became clear through her work serving the public. As the Douglas County court facilitator, Andrea discovered a passion for helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Whether assisting with complex paperwork or helping individuals navigate the court process, Andrea takes pride in making sure every person feels heard and supported.

Andrea’s dedication to her community doesn’t stop at the courthouse. As the Administrative Director and an EMT for Waterville ambulance, she plays a key role in ensuring her community is supported in times of need.
