Andrew Stoddard

Andrew Stoddard, a Democratic representative for District 40 in the Utah House, has served since 2019, representing District 44 before moving to District 40 in 2023. He also works as a plaintiff's attorney. Committed to criminal justice and victims' rights, Stoddard has crafted legislation for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
