Andy Devane is a lifelong resident of the Pender County area and a graduate of E.A. Laney High School. He is a retired veteran of the Army National Guard, where he specialized in advanced avionics and logistics, including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom. Previously, he served as the Asset Manager for Pender County. He is currently the Public Safety Communication Systems Administrator for the Pender County Sheriff's Office. Devane is an Eagle Scout and is married with two children.
