Andy Maidment

Andy Maidment, also known as Edward A. Maidment, is a Libertarian candidate running for the U.S. House to represent Missouri's 6th Congressional District in 2026. A veteran, he served nine years on active duty in the Army and additional time in the National Guard. He earned a bachelor's degree from Missouri State University in 2007 and works as a cyber security professional. Maidment positions himself as "Your Liberty Candidate," advocating for smaller government, lower taxes, peace, prosperity, and fiscal accountability. He seeks to secure individual rights and liberties against government overreach, aiming to break the two-party system for more freedom.
