Andy Ryder has served on the Lacey City Council since 2010 and was elected Mayor in 2014. He is a lifelong resident of Lacey and a graduate of North Thurston High School. Ryder earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington State University. He has been active in the community, serving on various boards and committees, including the Thurston Regional Planning Council and the Association of Washington Cities.
