Angela M. Angel is an attorney and Democratic politician who represented Legislative District 25 in Prince George's County in the Maryland House of Delegates from January 2015 to January 2019. During her term, she served on the Health and Government Operations Committee and was a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland and the Women Legislators of Maryland. A graduate of Hampton University (B.A., political science) and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D.), her career includes roles as a legislative aide in Virginia, an agency attorney in Manhattan Family Court, and Legislative Affairs Counsel for the Prince George's County Department of the Environment prior to her election.
