Angie Winder

Angie Winder is a dedicated community advocate and an elected member of the Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee for Legislative District 43A. First elected in 2018, she has served as the Chair for the 43rd Legislative District and is the Corresponding Secretary for the Committee. A homeowner in the district for over 18 years, her passion for public service was ignited after her late husband was a victim of homicide in Baltimore City. This tragedy inspired her to channel her grief into community action. She is the President of the Northeast Community Organization (NECO) and serves on several boards, including the Parent and Community Advisory Board and the Mervo Alumni Association.
