Anna Maria De Freitas

Anna Maria De Freitas has served on the Friday Harbor Town Council since she was first appointed in 2008. She is a long-time resident and local business owner, co-owning the Harrison House Suites, Tucker House B&B, and Coho Restaurant with her husband. Before her time on the council, she worked for Public Broadcasting in Washington, D.C. De Freitas is also a graduate of Leadership San Juans and has served on the board of directors for the San Juan Islands Visitors Bureau. Her tenure on the council has spanned over 15 years, serving with multiple mayors and administrators.
