Anthony Hardy Williams is an American politician and businessman serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 8th District since 1998. Prior to his election to the State Senate, he served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1989 to 1998. Before entering public service, Williams worked as a corporate analyst, a mid-level executive at PepsiCo, and owned a small vending company. He holds an economics degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
