Art Hodges is a Republican candidate for California State Senate District 18. Raised in Southern California, he has served as a pastor for 40 years and is the Senior Pastor of South Bay Pentecostal Church. He also serves as the Superintendent of the So Cal United Pentecostal International Churches, overseeing hundreds of congregations and ministers. In 2020, he was a lead plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging California's COVID-19 restrictions on places of worship that reached the Supreme Court.
