Arthur L. Haywood III is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 4 since 2015. He previously served as President of the Cheltenham Board of Commissioners. A graduate of Morehouse College, the London School of Economics, and the University of Michigan Law School, Haywood's legal and legislative career has focused on affordable housing, community revitalization, education, and raising the minimum wage.
