Arthur K Mingo

Arthur K. Mingo is an incumbent State Representative for Maine House District 9, serving since December 2024. A Republican from Calais, his extensive public service includes 18 years on the Calais City Council, two years as Mayor, and three decades as a volunteer firefighter. He is also CEO of Mingo Products and a board member for the Downeaster Economic Development Corporation. Mingo advocates for parental rights in education, responsible energy growth to lower bills, expanded healthcare access, and reduced government spending to combat high taxes and living costs. He is married to Angela, has three children and one grandchild, and enjoys outdoor pursuits.
